By booking with EverClean WA LLC, the client agrees to the following terms:

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or improper installation of items.
Please secure valuables and fragile items before service.
We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours after cleaning.
Move-out cleaning does not guarantee apartment deposit return, as landlord standards may vary.
